Overview. By using krome.fit or purchasing from Krome (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.

• Products & pricing may change; colors may vary slightly from photos.
• Orders may be refused/cancelled for fraud, errors, or policy breaches (refunds issued when applicable).
• Provide accurate shipping/contact details; failed deliveries from wrong info are your responsibility.
• Content is owned by Krome; personal, non-commercial use unless we grant written permission.
• We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.

Privacy Policy

• We collect: contact/shipping details, order info, device/usage analytics. Payments are handled by providers; we don’t store full card data.
• We use: order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, improvements, and—if opted in—marketing.
• We share: with payment, shipping, and analytics vendors under confidentiality, or when required by law.
• Your choices: unsubscribe anytime; manage cookies in your browser; email us to access/update/delete where applicable.
• Retention: keep order records as required, then delete/anonymize.

Exchange Policy

• Refunds are not available. We offer exchanges only.
• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exchanges within Lebanon are free of charge.
• For international orders, the customer covers shipping costs related to exchanges.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• Final-sale items are non-exchangeable unless defective.
• Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back to ensure your request is processed smoothly.
