Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We photograph the actual items. Minor color differences may occur due to lighting/screen settings, but style, fabric, and details match the product description.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
We email it after checkout. You can also find it under My Account → Orders → View and download the invoice.
How can I return an item?
•Refunds are not available. We offer exchanges only.
•Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
•Exchanges within Lebanon are free of charge.
•For international orders, the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs related to exchanges.
•Exchanges are subject to availability.
•Final-sale items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

Where can I ship my order?
We ship across Lebanon and select locations. Available options, costs, and delivery times appear at checkout after you enter your address. Any customs/duties (if applicable) are paid by the customer.
